DECISION MAP

Company: Kimley-Horn
I was asked by an internal client to make a decision map to explain the process of different right-of-way scenarios. The project manager wanted to use this map as a way to explain the different scenarios to a client.
Since there are multiple parts that don't necessarily have to follow a process, I had to find a way to visually explain it. On top of that each process can happen independent of each other, but all of them need to happen to get the building permit reviewed. Navigating these many scenarios is a complicated and confusing process. This map helped make things clearer for the client.
